Neetu, Ranbir, Alia and Raha moved into Krishna Raj bungalow in December 2025. The newly done ancestral property accommodates the family with special rooms and floors for each. The first floor is reportedly Neetu’s personal residence. Ranbir, Alia and Raha will be staying on another floor. Once Raha grows up, she will have a separate floor for herself. The fourth floor has been designated for Ranbir’s sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, and her daughter. Rishi Kapoor’s belongings, including his books, are preserved in a special room dedicated to him and his memories. In Alia’s post that was shared on Instagram, Ranbir was seen seeking Rishi’s blessings by adorning his photo with a garland.

Besides specifically designed rooms and floors, the eight-storey bungalow will be an office where Neetu, Ranbir and Alia can hold script narrations and meetings for their film projects. The property also has a swimming pool along with other recreational spaces.

The bungalow, located in Mumbai’s posh area, belongs to Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna Kapoor. The property was named after her. As a tribute to his grandmother, who passed away in 2018, Ranbir has retained the name. Raj and Krishna’s second son, Rishi and his wife, Neetu, became the owners much earlier. Reportedly, Ranbir has named Raha as the successor of the mansion.
