It is on the second floor of Sandhu Palace, a building with a ground floor and 18 floors above it. The address is on Nargis Dutt Road. The flat also comes with parking. It has space for up to four cars, which matters a lot in a crowded city like Mumbai. The building has a partial occupation certificate from the BMC.
Pali Hill has long been a favourite with film stars and rich families. Many Bollywood names and wealthy buyers have bought homes there. The purchase also puts the couple close to other well-known people who own homes in Bandra. The area is known for its quiet, leafy lanes, cafes and old bungalows, and it is still close to the busy parts of the city. It also suits Athiya well.
